What Make reads
Make takes the file of the census extract and keeps separators for the locale, so 200 rows do not turn commas into extra columns. That is the point of starting there when the sheet already exists.
Use Make when the census extract already lives in a file with 200 rows and the numbers should keep their locale separators. Use studio paste when you are placing a title, an annotation, or a palette on a form you already trust. Make reads the file. The studio edits the picture. Starting in the wrong one means typing the table twice.
If the census extract is a CSV or a spreadsheet of 200 rows, open Make so locale numbers stay intact. Open the studio when the data are already a chart and you are only changing the title, the note, or the palette. Do not retype a large table into the canvas.
Check each criteria to confirm findings against the atlas verdict.

The studio is for the picture of a census extract you already accept: title length, a source footnote, a palette. It is a poor place to paste 200 rows by hand.
A census extract of 200 rows can use a comma or a point as the decimal mark. Make follows the locale sample. Pasting the same sheet into the studio without that care splits values and silently changes the chart.
If you already cleaned the census extract in a sheet of 200 rows, Make should be the first page. The studio comes after, for the sentence around the chart, not for a second entry of the numbers.
This page chooses Make or the studio for a census extract of 200 rows. It does not upload your file and it does not change how the studio sanitizes a shape.
